Free Poster and magnets by Organix, excellent offer, spread the word

Did you know that Goodies Organix have an excellent poster that shows what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg for the under 5's and might give you a few new ideas. It is bright, colourful and Free. All you have to do is ring 0800 39 35 11.

They are also offering a a fridge magnet with 5 boxes for children to complete with magnet piccies of fruit and veg they eat each day. A great way to teach children about healthy eating. Worth getting while the offer is on and stashing until your child is old enough.

I got the poster the other day - made me depressed because I always thought even if DS1 doesn't eat very well, at least he eats fruit. The poster showed me that he doesn't eat enough fruit in one day to get anywhere near his 5 portions

Isn't it a great poster though, bright and colourful and looks good in the kitchen. Agree it doesn't make them eat it but feel like I am making an effort with it up!
