i tipped it upsidedown to get it out of the tin... the sides and bottom were still in the tin, and the rest came out.

should DS and I just eat it now to destroy the evidence?

What should i do better next time?

did you remember to grease the tin?
I grease it once, then let it stand for a couple of minutes before doing it again.

Grease, then greased, greaseproof paper.

And yes just get stuck in, it will still be yum.

Koshka · 02/12/2008 14:39

did grease. was hideously underprepared so no paper in....doh!

have eaten the inside of the tin and it was ok, even though i dont really like bananas!

Ds liked it too, as he should as he is the b*er that didnt eat the dam things before they went squashy!

thanks

It's all about rebranding - so now it's banana sponge pudding?

GrimmaTheNome · 02/12/2008 14:40

Is your tin non-stick? If not, get one!

Koshka · 02/12/2008 14:41
