Anybody got an easy recipe for vegetarian sausage rolls?

Anybody know how to make vege sausage rolls, ideally with bought pastry?

Packet of sosmix, made up as per instructions. Chop up and add an onion if you fancy it. I usually add extra herbs and seasoning but that's mainly cos I can't help fiddling!

Oh then treat as ordinary sausage when you make the sausage rolls, ie. roll out pastry, plonk sosmix along middle, seal, glaze, bake etc!

Sounds easy! I think that's how my brother makes them. I'll give it a go, many thanks malkuth.

I make these for dh and veggie friends using Cauldron sausages.

Roll out the puff pastry, put whole sausage in, seal with milk, cut in half, brush with beaten egg and bake.

(I also cut v shapes into hte top of each one!)
