hot chocolate fudge sauce - anyone have a good recipe?

I have recently discovered nigella's butterscotch sauce which is delish on ice cream and sooo easy to make.
I'd really like to make a chocolatey version - not just a chocolate sauce, but one that is fudgey.
Has anyone got a good recipe? Or would any creative cooks like to suggest how to modify the butterscotch recipe? (which is: boil syrup, soft brown sugar and butter together, then add cream/vanilla - I'm not sure whether to add cocoa or melted chocolate to turn it chocolatey, and at what stage...)

here uktv.co.uk/food/recipe/aid/538409 - it's a recipe for a chocolate cake with fudge sauce. Might be what you're after

Tinned carnation cream, boiled to make the fudge'y type flavour, instead of the butter/syrup/sugar. Not sure on quantities etc, but a good quality cocoa powder towards the end should be fine so that you do not burn/reduce the cocoa fats anymore than they already are.

My mother has a top secret recipe that even I'm not allowed to know... but close observation suggests it involves melted mars bar, bourneville and double cream.

tin of condensed milk
brown sugar
butter
double cream
100 g of good chocolate

heat them all in a bowl over a pan of simmering water and stir well.

Oh, I'm sure I've seen a tin of condensed milk around when my mother's making her sauce... but the melted mars bar is the key, I tell you!
