Freezing chicken stock made from a frozen carcass

Hi
My freezer is becoming increasingly full of chicken carcasses that I save after Sunday lunch!
Does anyone know if it's safe to refreeze the stock that I make from these frozen carcasses?
Thank you

Mmm best thing to do is make it up at the time and then freeze it in big ice cube trays...then perfect for everything

I freeze the carcasses and cook 3 or 4 of them at a later date. I then freeze the stock. I do 3 or 4 at a time because thats all that my stock pot will allow.

It'll be fine

Thanks for your replies. I'll give it a go!
