can i freeze homemade pastry?

trying to get ahead with xmas things and am not sure if i can freeze homemade pastry?
Want to make some orange and lemon pastry for my mince pies and some sage pastry for my sausage rolls.. im thinking its probably ok if i wrap it in cling film????

yes, put it in a freezer bag as well (to avoid freezer burn).

Ditto to sellorenovate: I've done it for years. Just make sure there's not a drop of air (what's capacity of air???) as it'll go crusty at the edges. Wrap in cling film tightly and then again in a bag. n.b. If making pastry on the day I freeze half an hour to speed up the chilling process. n.b. 2: I do this for my scone dough mixture too: make a double portion, freeze half the dough, roll out and bake after defrosting. Turns out a treat.
