Help! 700g of apples peeled and cored...is that before or after?

I'm making Nigella's christmas chutney and I just don't know whether it's 700g of peeled cored apple or 700g of apples which are then to be peeled and cored.

Quick, they're going brown!

I think it's 700g of apples, which are then peeled and cored. Is it written, "700g apples, peeled and cored", or "700g peeled and cored apples"? If it's the former, weigh them first, then do the business.

I made the exact same recipe on Monday, and had the same doubt!

I went with 700g before they're peeled and cored. It turned out DELICIOUS!

Thanks...I had to get on with it so I weighed my peel and cores as I'd already prepared 700g prepared weight. I then picked out that amount of prepared apple.
Cies, is it ready to eat then? Again it doesn't say. When I 've made chutney before I've had to let it rest for 3 months.
