I have 2 fresh duck legs... what can I do with them?

Mmmmmm! I usually put lemon juice & teriyaki over mine & put them in the oven. Either serve with rice (juices spooned over) & a green - broccoli is good - or do a noodle stir-fry with your veggies.

Or just pour on lemon juice & roast them with your spuds. Veggies on the side.

Yum either way!

Duck with lentils: cook the duck legs skin face down in a casserole dish until browned and take them out, pour out most of the fat, soften a chopped onion and 1-2 roughly crushed (with the flat of a knife) garlic cloves, add puy lentils and enough water to cook them (check on packet), add a few sage leaves, put the duck legs back in the casserole, cover and simmer for about 20-25min or until the lentils are cooked. It's yummy!
