meal suggestions for hot smoked salmon fillets?

got some of these salmon fillets (with chilli flakes - they are yummy).... always serve with baby pots and green salad, but fancy something different this time, any suggestions? would it go with pasta at all??

I've seen a recipe with those fillets with pasta and a creamy sauce with some green type veges. Remember thinking how lovely it looked! Think there may have been prawns in it too. Will go have a rummage ...

It was for smoked salmon and creme fraiche - so fairly similar When I do salmon fillets I either do mine with rice (make it into a kedgeree) or with those Amoy straight to wok noodles. Enjoy

oh, yes - thanks... with rice is good idea - do you think I should add anything else to the rice? Veg??? Not sure if I have creme fraiche but like the rice idea.

oops - maybe a bit late now! For the kedgeree I add fish stock then at the end a smidge of cream, but you don't really need the cream. And dill too. But then you've got the chilli flakes so maybe not the dill!
