I have 2 sea bass fillets which i plan on baking tonight - can someone help me with how long.

I was thinking of either a lemon, salt, pepper, rosemary type seasoning

OR maybe being a bit more adventurous with maybe some spring onion, ginger, soy sauce, concoction.

Does anyone have a tried a tested recipe I can whip up by 7.30 - PLEASE!!!!!!

I have got a watercress and creme fraiche sauce if all else fails but it's fattening!

Don't panic, it is just the same as other fish. Rosemary will be too strong, go for the second option.

Just flash fry them and sling the sauce over them cooking them for about 8 mins in total, could be more, could be less depending on the size of the fillets. Sprinkle with spring onion and serve with dressed noodles.

Or just shove them in the oven for the last 10 mins whilst cooking the wedges and dress with lemon and salt and pepper if you want to be ultra simple.

I second Carmenere - pan fry quite quickly and dont over cook it. Delish. Just season it and serve with sauteed spinach.

I have never really done fish before - apart from the odd tuna steak, I'm trying to be more adventurous. Can't decide wether to keep it simple tonight or go all out - I love the noodle idea although not sure how to "dress" noodles!

I have dill too but am not usually too keen on the flavous - worth a go do you think?

Will they only take 10 mins to bake then? I guess cooking time is the thing I'm most dense about!

I span frying better than baking then?
