Foodie related homemade Christmas gifts

Does anyone have any good ideas when it comes to home made Christmas gifts themed loosely around food? Could extend to flavoured vodka here but also looking for ideas where the gift lasts longer than a few days - help! Thank you.

DD & I are planning on making lemon & orange marmalade, chocolate truffles & also I've made sweet chilli chutney (comes out a nice festive red colour), that mostly for BiL because I know he particularly likes it.
In past years I've done baskets with little bags of interesting things, dried cranberries, brazil nuts, chocolate raisins, home made chutney, local beer, nice cheese, whatever appeals really, making the packages up either in coloured tissue paper with ribbon or in christmassy material.

Lovely - thank you. Choc truffles good idea and might last a little longer than a few days. Love idea of sweet chilli chutney.
