So if you eat some uncooked pork, are you likely to be ill ?

Or is it just a small risk if there is something wrong with the pork, as in soft cheese might contain listeria?

I just ate some by accident. ugh.

I cannot be ill. Have just recovered from sickness bug.

No, you'll probably be fine. I think it is like soft cheese or whatever - higher chance of something bad happening, but not guaranteed at all.

I misread a receipe last week and so undercooked my sweet and sour by 20 mins, I'd eaten a good third by the time i'd realised (my kitchen lighting is not great and due to the gloopy sauce I didn't see it was pink until then)

I was fine as bling says its more likely depends on your constitution as well I suppose.

ok, think I shall be fine. My mum makes such a big thing of the undercooked pork issue that I'm paranoid. Also have q a dodgy system at the best of times, bit of IBS i think. Abd then this lovely bug.........
