I am really losing my touch<<sigh>> made soup , too watery...

Made sweet potato and butternut squash soup for poorly DD. it is yummy, but very thin
i have red and green lentils, white potatos.. what can i /should i add to bulk it up?

Cook potatoes, add to soup and blend - that will help, as will red lentils. Poor dd - hope she's better soon.

Add some white potatoes - boil them first and then wizz them into the existing soup. Do a few more than you think as too many can be thinned down but too few needs yet more cooking

chuck in some lentils or even just simmer for a while to reduce

I would go for red lentils Lulu as they will go better with the other ingredients. Just add them and cook for a further 15 minutes, then blend.
