Hi, seen a discussion about this on here, its from the feed the family for a fiver. The recipe is now not on the site! Does anyone have the recipe?? Its supposed to be tea tonight chicken is defrosting as we speak!!

  1. Skin 500 g chicken thighs and fry in flameproof, non stick casserole dish with 1 tablespoon olive oil until browned then remove and set aside.
  1. Lightly fry 1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed in the casserole dish. Peel the vegetables in the casserole selection pack and chop into small chunks then add to the garlic. Add an extra 2 carrots, peeled and chopped. Fry for 5 mins.
  1. Ad 320g green lentils to the dish along with 500g tomato & herb sauce. Stir in 750ml of chicken stock, made with 1 chicken stock cube.
  1. Return the chicken to the dish. Cover and cook on low heat for 30 minutes or until tender and cooked through.
