Need a menu-planning, money saving but eating healthily website. Does it exist?

I am just getting into this cooking malarkey but struggling to menu plan efficiently.

My attempts mean I tend to buy too much food and end up chucking it out because it's gone off (i.e. picking a reciepe which needs a tablespoon of one ingredient which means I have to buy a whole pack of said ingredient then never use it again).

I would love a website which helps cooking novices like me plan more efficient and healthy receipies for a family and toddler, i.e. Day 1 cook something with mash, do extra mash and use for cottage pie on day 2. Use the mince from day 2 to make chilli on day 3.

Does anyone know of a website like this?

lovefoodhatewaste.com. Lots of great ideas for leftovers too.
