I bought one very recently too, I've experimented with bolognaise, which was good but a bit watery. You don't need as much liquid as you'd normally have. Also, it's a cheat, but I bunged some mushrooms, chicken and sweet potato in with a Lloyd Grossman chicken dansac sauce and it was fab.
