Lots of cartons of full fat milk what should I do with them?

They're the cartons you get at schools.
expiry date is today. was thinking of freezing them.

  1. do you think it's okay to freeze?
  2. what else could I do with them?

freeze, yes, but drink same day when you defrost.

you can make lots of white sauce & then freeze that.

or use in soups.

I didn't think full fat was too successful on freezing. I bow to your better judgement though, if you've done it!

I'd make some white sauces or even cheese sauce and freeze them.

once defrosted, do i need to warm up before giving to 17 month old DD? or can she drink it once defrosted straight from carton?

I freeze full fat milk, its fine.

Or you could make custard, ice cream, white sauce.
