Can't be bothered to cook anything fancy for tea, what can I make?

It needs to be vegetarian, healthy and quick to make. No bread involved as DD hates bread. Have cheese, lentils, veg etc. Any ideas?

Pasta and cheese might be a good plan, DD is allergic to pesto Might add a bit of broccoli too. Thanks

gypsy toast ...

beaten egg & splash of milk, soak sliced bread in it and fry in a little butter .. yummy! cut up into soldiers its great finger food for toddlers!
