Just made some for the family.

i had

Ham,salami and cheese

DH had

Sausage,beans and cheese

DS had

Chicken Roll

DD had

Ham!!!

Cheese and onion with a touch of mustard

I like the ham and cheese. Classic. And on cheap white bread too, delicious.

mozzarella , salami and tomato.

brie and cranberry sauce.

Feta, olives and spinach.

We don't have a toastie maker but I do them with part baked ciabattas on a george foreman.

I might buy one actually, they are perfect toddler food.

ive seen those toaster bags but have always thought does the filling not fall out at the bottom,i dont understand how they work

I think those bags make much nicer toasties than the machines

Mozzarella, tomato and ham with basil leaves and olive oil/salt/pepper - on my panini toaster - a birthday present from dh, when my student-life sandwich toaster died.

My all time FAV is scrambled eggs!

Cheese and onion. And it has to be DRIPPING in butter. Not for the health conscious .

Good old cheese, ham, onion or tomato thats what you have in a greasy toasted sarnie with crappy white bread and loads of butter to grease it up

I dont' use bags or sandwich maker, I just toast the bread and make a sandwich.

That way I don't burn my mouth on the fillings!
