Help ! Just brought 3 litres of chutney to the boil-what time can i go to bed ?

FGS i did this last year.
A ) i have no where near enouigh jars.
B ) i want to go to bed !

Turn it off. Cover pan. Reboil tomorrow when you have time and have bought more jars!
