Bacon is frozen together but I only want to use half of it, what can I do?

Do I have to de-frost all of it? I don't want to waste it?

Defrost it all. use half today. Use half later in the week.

Cut it in half when frozen?

I can't use half later in the week I've already meal planned and I have a child who can't eat pork so it will be next saturday before anyone uses it again will that be ok?

Cut in half whilst frozen - run the knife under hot water adn you should be able to cut through.

Just tried the knife I'm too weak

Will just have to de-frost it all and see if I can get dp to eat lots of bacon through the week. And learn next time I bulk buy bacon I should split it when I freeze it!
