How do you make the creamy sauce for chicken 'thing'??

I'm thinking chicken, peas and sweetcorn in a creamy sauce served with rice.....how do I make the sauce??

You could use creme fraiche or normal cream mixed with a little bit of liquid chicken stock for flavour, cream cheese and a bit of milk, tinned chicken soup (for that low-rent feeling ) or traditional white sauce with flour and butter cooked into a roux then milk added. Depends what you want it to taste like really.

make a white sauce with butter, flour and milk. Add cream to the milk if you want it rich. I'd also add grated nutmeg and maybe a chicken stock cube.

Thank you muchly . I did craime fraiche with some flour and cheese and lots of garlic!
