can you tell me the difference between:
sucre en poudre
sucre glace
I want to make some Tartes au Caramel from a translated recipe.

sucre en poudre is caster sugar
sucre glace is icing sugar

AHA! Thanks.I did think so, but wasn't sure.Bit confusing as poudre sounds like powder which you would think was icing sugar.LOL
