I have a recipe for homemade sausages. It says to combine pork, wine and herbs, cover with cling film and refrigerate overnight. And then you can use it in various Italian recipes. But surely I will just have minced pork. Not sausage at all. I'm going to try it but I can't help feeling that some stage has been missed out.

I guess that, unless you have pig intestines nad a sausage stuffing machine handy, you'll struggle to make sausages.

Perhaps you're meant to shape it into skinless sausages? I don't know.

Skinless sausages? Are there such things? It must be that.

it sounds like thats for sausage meat rather than sausages.

Could be shaped into patties like hamburger. I think this is how they are in USA sometimes and in Scotland a block is cut into slices and is called Lorne Sausage.

Well that will be sausage meat but if you have sausage casings you can make sausages. You can make delicious pasta with sausage meatball sauce.

Just to let you know they were delicous. More like sausage shaped patties but perfectly fine nonetheless. Will definitely make them again.
