Ideas for lunch: 4 adults, 3 kids, no pork, little cheese, prepared in advance!!

Any ideas at all? Feeling completely uninspired. Children all under 4 and no doubt starving hungry!

chicken pieces roasted with garlic + rosemary (with a glass of so of white wine in the bottom of the pan)

rice

frozen peas for children and salad for adults

pudding ice-cream (bought) and sauce made from frozen forest fruit heated through and then mashed with a fork

Big spanish omelette (is lovely cold) and salad?
