I got it from the library out of interest...but it did not appeal at all. Basically it said you must cut out practically everything, like caffeine, meat, carbs, dairy, blah blah blah....and live as close to a vegan lifestyle as was possible.

Not that I've got anything against vegans, btw! It just was not the kind of lifestyle that I could live with...

It might be worth a look for some tips, see if you can get it from the library too. There was another website that I found that was more appealing, I think it's called hungrygirl.com. Haven't looked for a while.

My sister loved it, I had a look and there is some good stuff in it.
Made me much more definate about avoiding aspartame.
I didn't enjoy the language and tone, that grated on me but would be funny to others I'm sure.

I flicked through it in Waterstones. It was the tone that put me off. As far as I can see it came down to 'keep your mouth shut if you want to be slim'.

Will go look at hungrygirl.com kitkat.

Thanks for replies. Yes, I don't like the title either, I have to say....but I was wondering if the recipes are any good. I think there is now a pregnancy one also.
