poach them in milk, bayleaf and peppercorns

serve on top of mash (use the sweet pot and regular potatoes)

you can also add a poached egg

put in an ovenproof dish. mix some chopped tomatoes with some cheese, add some herbs and sprinkle on top (mix in bit of creme fraiche if you want to be naughty!).

cut sweet potatoes into chip shapes and toss in veg oil and salt/pepper and chuck on a baking tray.

chuck both in the oven for 20 mins until cooked. looooovely.
