I need good recipies for low calorie vegetable soup please

I use this Leek and Potato one. You don't need the cream it mentions.

Or make a tomato-based one:

Saute onion & garlic
Add root veg (chopped carrots, spuds etc)
Pour in tin tomatoes (I just use the juice)
Add herbs if you like
Simmer for a while
Add softer veg - cauli/ broccoli, peas, corn

Blend half of the soup, mix with unblended.

Or Lentil soup.

Look at Delias slow cooked root veg soup it takes a while to make, but it's hands off time IYSWIM, it freezes well and makes loads.

oh it's easy peasy.

fry an onion in a teeny bit of olive oil. add carrot, celery.
chuck in some stock and whatever veg you have lying around.

that's your basic mix. then add any of the following:
fresh or dried herbs
tin of tomatoes
garlic

oh and any kind of grain or pulse
