Sausages..how many does everyone eat?

Sorry if a silly question..I buy Tesco's finest sausages = 6 in a pack. We are DH, DS 4.6, DD 2.2 and my good self. How many sausages should it take to feed us? I only ask because I suspect I am over feeding everyone!

DH 3, me 2, dd 1. Works nicely at the minute but when there are more of us I would probably do 2 packs, do the same amount each for dinner as we have now and put the leftovers in sandwiches. I bought some Walls ones the other day (on offer in Tesco) and you get 8 so we have 2 leftover for dh's pack-up.

3 for adult, 1 or 2 for children and the rest cold in the fridge for midnight snacks

6 (meat sausages) feed me, dd (7) and ds (4½).

I could always manage one more though

Plus 3, The MExican Sausage was actually a Schwartz mix here

But I try these mixes & then try to work out my own spices to do it myself. It IS very nice though

I soo agree with lengthway slicing for sandwiches! DH does not! Thanks Milliways.

I've been known to go to the butchers and get 8 sausages for DS1 and me! I'd then have 3, DS1 would have 1 (DS2 will now have them too I spose!) and then we'd have 4 left cold for later on, but they never get as far as sandwiches - we love cold sausages!

Me (3)
DD (2) age 11
DS1 (4) age 7
Ds2 (1) age 6

DH vegi, can't believe how much the 7yr old eats and still stays skinny!

Our 7yo doesn't stop still long enough to put any weight on. We have a serious problem with trousers: long enough in the legs means too big in the waist; small enough in the waist means too short in the leg. Arggh!
