Just picked it up from a lovely person from Freecycle and it doesn't come with instructions. It has a timer up to 60 minutes, and a max and min window (assuming for water???)
I'm planning on cooking my first ever roast today and have swede, carrots and broccoli to use (and potatoes but I'm assuming it doesn't make roasties )
