Ive got all the food, ready to start and have just looked at the recipe and theres no oven cooking at all.
It says to fry everything in the casserole pot then leave it simmer for 30 minutes!!
I dont have a casserole pot and was planning to cook it in a pyrex dish in the oven, but you have to fry all the chicken and veg first.
So my options are, cook it all in the mahoosive wok pretending its a casserole dish, or fry it all in the wok and cook for last 30 mins in the oven.
Advice please, I need to start cooking in the next ten minutes
