Can I eat a ready meal thats out of date?

Ive got a spinach and ricotta canelloni in the fridge which has 21st on, but i want to take it to work on Monday (22nd).

Will it be ok, cant afford to be ill have holiday this week

It's only one day and I really don't think it's got a calender inside telling it what day and time it goes off. I'm sure it will be fine.

I reckon it will be fine (assuming it has been in the fridge since you bought it?)

Theoretically you could eat it at midnight tomorrow, so Monday lunchtime is only a few hours after that.

Is it freezable? You could always freeze it tommorrow night if you were really worried? Am sure it will be fine, it isn't an exact science! And as my mother says, you have to eat a bit of dirt before you die...

I wouldn't bother freezing it. As long as it is cooked thoroughly it should be fine.
