Vegetarian kids - can anyone recommend a good book please?

DH and I are both vegetarian but before we had DS we decided he would probably eat fish and chicken. However, it hasn't really worked out that way. Besides the odd fishfinger here or there he's pretty much veggie.

DS is coming up to 14 mo and I'm starting to think about broadening his/our repertoire, because it's all becoming a bit narrow. In terms of protein, DS loves cheese and is also quite happy with beans or lentils, chickpeas etc. But I should probably find out more about optimum levels and all that stuff.

So can any fellow veggies suggest a good book to set us on the right track please?

Rose Elliott does a nice Baby and Child book; can't remember what it's called, sorry. Lots of her recipes are quite child-friendly anyway though.

'So what do you eat?'. Brill.
