CoV and other cupcake fanatics - 'sell' these to me

just had an email about cup cake wrappers from a UK supplier - are they any good? Do you actually get to re-use them?

Don't see the point personally - they just detract from the cake!

They insist that they are re-usable, but I could see myself running around snatching them off people before they screwed them up... I think CoV has used them (from the US) though - and I do very much want the stencils which are also new.
