anyone got egg free banana loaf/cake recipe PLEASE??

Trying to make for dds (can t have egg) but dont have any egg replacer in it and cant find any recipes without using it. help!

This Doves Farm recipe says it can be made with or without the egg.

Also this is interesting about egg substitutes.

My dd is allergic to egg also

If you have whole linseed and a coffee/spice grinder, you can make your own egg replacer - replace each egg with one tablespoon of linseed (fresh ground), and two tablespoons of water. Cakes don't rise quite as much, but they're still ok, particularly worthy banana type cakes (fairy cakes might be worse).

Or, alternatively these two recipes look ok, well, they use shortening , but still ...

yes, swap the eggs for melted butter.

my recipe calls for 2 eggs and I swap 150grams of melted butter.
