What can I do with half a tin of cocunut milk?

whizz up some pineapple or mango or similar in the blender, chuck in for delicious smoothie

You can freeze? Didn't know that...

Would I use just cocunut milk or add cow's as well to do a rice pudding?

How would I do normal rice with it? (Like the idea of that one...)

LOVE the thought of a smoothie! Have got a fresh pineapple in the fruitbowl atm as well...

Bung a load of rum and ice in with the coconut and pineapple, and you've got a pina colada.
