Angel Cake - if you Google you will get this recipe:
Ingredients
1/2 cup butter
4 level tablespoons vanilla sugar
8 heaped tablespoons arrowroot
1 1/2 tablespoons baking powder
3 egg whites
1 tablespoon warm water
(see measure conversions for more information)
Method
- Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the water until thoroughly blended.
- Fold in the arrowroot.
- Whisk the egg whites until very stiff.
- Fold the egg whites into the mixture.
- Bake in a well greased tin for 45 minutes at 180 degrees centigrade (see temperature conversions).
There may be other better recipes out there - I've never tried to make it myself.
