sorry, I did have a quick google and there are lots of recipes for sorbet, but I don't actually know what orange passion fruit is (ie if it differs much from purple ones)

to make cordial, simmer fruit (and maybe some lemon slices) with sugar, and a teaspn of citric acid) strain and put in sterilsed glass bottles. Put in cool place (or in fridge)If it goes a funny colour or fizzes, discard it.
