can I heat cream twice?

last night I made a white chocolate and (single) cream sauce for the pils to go on fresh berries but we did not eat it all so we put it back in the fridge to set

I bet the dds would love it heated up and drizzled on something for dessert for tea

but the cream has already been heated once, and then kept in the fridge

if I reheated it would it kill them?

I don't think it would kill them. I make a mushroom and cream sauce for pasta and eat the leftovers microwaved at work the next day.
