What can I do with puff pastry, Quorn, & leeks?

After a recipe for pasties or little pies really - I've looked at several chicken & leek pie recipes but they all sound a bit 'runny'!

I'm not the biggest fan myself, but dh loves the stuff...& we have leeks in the fridge which need using!

If you don't like runny, cut back on the sauce.

But you can make anything in a sauce/gravy and just put a little pastry hat on it.

My kids will eat the pastry before even starting the meat.

...thanks too Ameriscot, it's not that I don't like runny, as that I'm doing individual pasties & don't want them exploding with scalding hot, runny sauce, iyswim!
