What can I feed them?

We have guests coming next week, probably for four nights. We'll probably eat out one night, which means I need three potential meals. I'm veggie and would prefer to cook veggie, or with only minor additions for carnivores.

I wondered about -

night one - Morrocan-ish theme - veggie tagine, cous cous, fatoush (pitta bread salad); don't know what to do for pudding though

night two - fajitas - is it easy to have meat on the side with these? Potential pud?

night three - maybe pasta? Icecream and something for pud - but what?

It all needs to feed four adults, two children and a baby.

And how much choice should I offer for breakfasts do you think?

I love cooking but get myself in a flap planning!

Thanks Mummy 87. Yep I usually make fajitas with quorn and I know they like quorn as they've cooked it for me before. Do you really think that some people couldn't tell the difference between quorn and chicken though?

This thread is making me really fancy a big bowl of quacamole and nachos now!

mmm so could I - but I am trying to work off all the Krispy Kreme donuts that I ate whilst on holiday.... will start diet again tomorrow or maybe the day after...

janeite · 21/08/2008 23:44

Lol - I love krispy kreme! One of my ex-pupils has just got 3 As for her A levels so I owe her a dozen Krispy Kremes next time I see her! Now, I would be being an even more supportive teacher by actually eating a dozen with her, wouldn't I?!!!

The choc pear pudding looks great too, Bellavita. Mmmmm decisions, decisions......
