"...aged in oak barrels and in stainless steel tanks..."

When, and in which order? In both, or just one? (NB haven't opened it yet but that's wierd, isn't it???)

In oak barrels which are in SS tanks?

Odd

Most likely its a blended wine - so a small proportion is in the oak barrels to add flavour - typically to Chardonnay grapes - the rest of the blend maybe 'cheaper' produced using SS tanks.

Or it can be aged for some of the time in oak, and the rest of it in stainless steel.
