What do I do with a breast of lamb whirl?

The packaging says ideal for roasting, but gives no idea of timing (or temperature). It isn't big (enough for one person).

Have decided that the best plan is to stick it in the freezer for dh to deal with at a later date. I'll eat sausages instead - so much easier.
