Salmon fillets - how to freeze - raw/cooked?

Help. As a non-fish-cook I'm a bit stuck. Just bought 5 individually packed salmon fillets from M&S so want to freeze them properly (expensive!!!).

The only thing is they're fairly large. What's the best thing to do?

Freeze them whole, then cook whole, then keep half of cooked fillet for the day after? (Will cooked salmon keep in the fridge until the day after?)

Freeze them in half so they're little individual portions?

Cook them then freeze them in half portions?

Ideas?

I would freeze them in individual portions probably

though I would have thought if you froze whole and cooked whole they would still be ok next day, i don't see see why not....

Up to you, although I wouldn't freeze cooked salmon. If you cook a big portion it will be fine in the fridge for a couple of days.
