just wondered - ds seems obsessed by different kinds of tea - latest purchase this week was a packet of Kukicha Japanese Roasted Twig Tea...

i thought you meant with posh cakes

WOW! My Ds loves fruit tea though...your twig tea sounds expensive, so I won't tell him about that!

CvQ, I thought the same at first too!

!! he's not averse to a posh cake either. I made him buy it with his own money (nearly £3 !!!)

Shock

he likes it,fortunately, unlike the pesky goji berries he asked me to buy...big mistake

goji berries are a waste of money.

DS's taste for tea is roughly similar to mine, so I don't view it as fancy, just normal. He will choose Darjeeling over Earl Grey though, strange child.

I haven't tried it myself yet, but ds says it's nice and tastes 'roasted'

dd (2.5) loves sencha and peppermint- often asks for a mug of each!
The only downside is the amount of time it takes to cool down so its safe enough for her.

MaryAnnSingleton · 08/08/2008 13:55

mm, ds loves sencha too - think how good it is for them

Peppermint and roiboos teas are very popular with my two.
