I make spag bol with it and chuck in as well as the usual - courgettes and aubergine and instead of normal tinned toms (which you can use) I use tinned cherry tomatoes (sainsburys) topped with grated cheese tis our fav meal.

I made delicious meatballs with lamb mince the other day. Add cumin, coriander and a touch of cinnamon to them and then serve them in a slightly sweet, slightly vinegary tomato sauce with pasta.

Ohh, make keema peas

I don't use the potatoes and I usually make it a bit spicier than this, usually with a green chilli. Serve with yoghurt and some green beans stir fried with black mustard seeds and nan bread. Yum!

You can leave out all the hot spices completely if you want - it's still delicious.

I posted this last night under "Recipes".

Made this Keema Lamb yesterday and it was lovely.

DC loved it too as the coconut milk makes it creamy. You could make it as strong or mild as you like when you add the curry paste. I used the Pataks Tikka Massala paste.
