question - I have some v lovely homemade salmon fishcakes in the freezer - do I cook them from frozen or defrost them?

and what temp and how long?

have 9 for dinner tonight and I thought they would do. need to take them out NOW if I'm going to defrost them

If they were homemade, I would prefer to take them out of freezer now and just cook as normal later.

Yes, would defrost. Sounds yum.

Don't need to defrost. Can throw them in the pan from frozen, brown both sides and then transfer them to a moderate oven till they are searing hot in the middle.
