Am making some Anabel Karmel vegetable rissoles - just need to know if I should cook them in the frying pan before freezing or freeze them uncooked? Also, if I freeze them after frying them how do I recook them once defrosted? TIA

I usually freeze them before cooking and then when I want to cook them, I take them out of the freezer, put them straight into hot fat & brown them on both sides, then into a medium oven to sit until they are searing hot in the middle. (I do it with fish-cakes as well).
