Very easy cous cous recipes to entice fussy 17mo, please

He likes risotto so I'm hoping cous cous might go down OK. Is there some kind of cheesy sauce I can do with it?

i put everything and anything on cous cous

fluff it up with a splash of olive oil or a bit of butter and some (fresh) herbs and then add chicken, meat or fish

saucy things like a bolognese is nice with it

Oh should add we are vegetarian!

roast veg is nice with couscous. as are salady things - cucumber, peppers chopped finely etc?

oh - then yes roasted veggies are very nice or as docket says fresh veg

grilled haloumi cheese or feta will be delicious with cous cous

sorry to but in but what is cous cous? i seem to be missing out on a lot of yummy foodstuffs!! (everyone on here has such a varied diet of stuff ive never heard of!)
