gooseberry sauce for mackerel (course, you have to have the mackerel)
bottled gooseberries
a sort of gooseberry in batter thing that I can't remember the name of (clafoutis?) kind of like sweet toad in the hole (nicer than that sounds though)
I have a nice recipe for a gooseberry sauce that is kind of like a chutney which has cloves & stuff in it
also I tend to just cook up a lot of gooseberries then use on porridge, in muesli, after school snacks etc.
we have a lot of gooseberry bushes
